RISTCON 2023

Authors must submit the Author Information Form together with their manuscript.

Abstract & Extended Abstract should be submitted in two separate files.
Abstracts & Extended Abstracts can be submitted at https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/RISTCON2023 (Author must have an account in Microsoft CMT for the online submission)
Maximum number of text pages in the Extended Abstract should be four (04) pages with one column.
Following sections should be included in the ABSTRACT:
Title & affiliations:

Title (maximum characters 100 with spaces, Font: Times New Roman, 14, bold)
Authors (indicate the corresponding author with an asterisk (*) and provide the email address on a separate line (Font: Times New Roman, 12)
Author affiliations (Font: Times New Roman, 11, Italic)

Abstract :

Maximum number of words in the text 250
No citations
Font: Times New Roman, 12, line spacing 1.5

Note: Abstracts with the text exceeding the maximum limit will be returned

Key words: Maximum 5 keywords (Font: Times New Romans, 11, Italic)
Follow the given format in the template for the abstract

Following sections should be included in the EXTENDED ABSTRACT:

Title (Font: Times New Roman, 14, bold)
Abstract
Introduction(Font: Times New Roman, 12, line spacing1.5)
Materials & Methods(Font: Times New Roman, 12, line spacing1.5)
Results and Discussion(Font: Times New Roman, 12, line spacing1.5)
Conclusions (as applicable): (Font: Times New Roman, 12, line spacing1.5)
References: maximum of 8 citations (Font: Times New Roman, 12, line spacing 1.5)

Please note that:

No author names are indicated in the extended abstract
Format of abstract must be with extension .docx or .doc
Authors can submit pdf file of the extended abstract created by Latex/tex
Only one figure and one table could be included.(if any)

Instructions for the Presenting Authors

RISTCON 2023 will be held as a virtual conference, yet it will still be a live conference. At least one of the authors of an accepted paper must complete the registration before January 12 and present at RISTCON 2023.

Presenting authors are required to prepare and upload the material associated with their oral and posters presentations in the digital format. Following the presentation guidelines below, record your (oral/poster) presentation and email to ristcon2023@sci.ruh.ac.lk or share via google drive sending the link to ristcon2023@sci.ruh.ac.lk on or before January 12, 2023.
