📋 Guidelines for Sample Submission

• Contact us before sample submission
• Confirm the availability of required test
• Complete ‘Sample Submission Form’
• Make an appointment to deliver samples and Sample Submission Form

Sample Storage (when required)

1. More than 5 days at room temperature/refrigeration – Rs. 100 per day will be charged
2. More than 5 days at ultra-low temperature – Rs. 200 per day will be charged
