Authors must submit the following documents:
- Abstract & Extended Abstract should be submitted in two separate files.
- Abstracts & Extended Abstracts can be submitted at CMT link here
(Author must have an account in Microsoft CMT for the online submission)
- Maximum number of text pages in the Extended Abstract should be four (04) pages with one column.
Following sections should be included in the ABSTRACT:
- Title:
Following sections should be included in the EXTENDED ABSTRACT:
- Title (Font: Times New Roman, 14, bold)
- Abstract
- Introduction(Font: Times New Roman, 12, line spacing1.5)
- Materials & Methods(Font: Times New Roman, 12, line spacing1.5)
- Results and Discussion(Font: Times New Roman, 12, line spacing1.5)
- Conclusions (as applicable): (Font: Times New Roman, 12, line spacing1.5)
- References: maximum of 8 citations (Font: Times New Roman, 12, line spacing 1.5)
Please note that:
- No identifying information should be included in the abstract/extended abstract,its file name(e.g.,avoid using names like "Abstract_James"),or in the content.
- Format of abstract must be with extension .docx or .doc
- Authors can submit pdf file of the extended abstract created by Latex/tex
- Only one figure and one table could be included.(if any)
Camera Ready Submission
The authors must use the template (i.e., "Template for the Camera Ready Submission") provided under "Downloads" for submitting the camera-ready version. This document has been properly formatted for the RISTCON 2025 proceedings book (e.g., font size, affiliation format, etc.). Additionally, specific formatting details are provided in the main body of the document for your reference. Submissions that do not adhere to these guidelines will be returned to the authors.
