Guidelines for Oral and Poster Presentations

  • Oral Presentations
    • Presenters are required to be physically present for their oral presentations.
    • Each session includes a 10-minute presentation followed by a 5-minute Q&A session.
  • Poster Presentation:Specifications and Guidelines
    • Posters must be digitally printed with dimensions of 27 inches (width) x 40 inches (height) and should be in portrait orientation.
    • The reference number assigned by RISTCON must be displayed at the top-left corner of the poster.
    • The heading should clearly present the title, author(s), and affiliation(s) as stated in the accepted abstract.
    • The poster must include the following sections:
Abstract, Introduction, Methodology, Results, Discussion/Conclusion, and References.
    • Each section should have a clear title to allow easy navigation for viewers.
    • Ensure the text is large enough to be read from a distance of 1 to 1.5 meters. Font sizes must be appropriate, and graphics should be enlarged as needed. If the text or visuals are unclear from the specified distance, it will be considered the author's responsibility.
    • Use enlarged figures, graphs, or photographs to effectively present results. Avoid excessive use of tables, as they are less engaging for viewers.
    • Each figure, graph, or diagram must include a detailed, explanatory title.
    • Posters should be designed to be self-explanatory, enabling viewers to understand the content with minimal verbal explanation.
